BBO $ in iPad app

How do you buy BBO dollars in the iPad app? I looked around and don't see how to do it.

I was helping a friend with an Apple tablet and discovered you can buy BB$ from the "shop" menu, but if you do, you will pay 50% more for them since they are being resold by iTunes or some play store.

Yes, please buy $ from the web, and not the app. They have to charge the Google/Apple tax if they use the Google/Apple store.
