Hi. All of a sudden I couldn't log in with my ordinary Nickname [Jangvik]. It says bad username or password... This is really strange since I have had same account for two years now. I logged in earlier today, but in the evening I couldnt. I have checked both username and password about 20 times to be sure I didn't type anything wrong, but nothing helped. I send a mail to support@bridgebase.NOSPAM.com and did get an answer how to create a new account. It was very nice to provide that information to me, but I would prefer to have my old account back. Create a new account and log in did not cause any problem, so there is something weird with my old.
Is there any chance for me to get it back, or is it lost in cyberspace forever. I don't care if I lose my friend/enemy list, I can quickly fill them up again. But I would appreciate to have my nick back.
And another thing, I cannot post into this forum if I have Swedish language, when I press New Topic or Reply to post, two rows with some kind of errormessage occurs. I don't know if you knewed about this, but I thought I would tell.
Regards
Fredrik Jangvik

Can't tell about the BBO thing, but the Forum posting thing should be OK now.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

All is fixed. I am my old self again. My brain was not working properly, I was trying a pwd that does not fit. I had forgot my real. Embarrasing but true. This functionality "remember pwd" is really bad if you have a bad memory as me.
Thanks all for helping me, maybe you could upgrade my brain as well since it's not working properly sometimes
