Preset hand bug ? lack of cards showing when hand sent.

BBO Ver 3.5.4

Whilst watching walddk sat in all four seat and presenting a lesson with 10 preset hands. Each time a hand was sent to the table I saw no cards. On 2 of the 10 occasions when the bidding started the cards appeared, but on the other 8 I had to leave the room and re enter before I could see the hands on the table.

As I have a new computer I am not sure I have all settings correct here.

Over all though I find the new set up to be a great improvement, keep up the good work ;-)
