Hi; sometimes, the user profile box does not appear when putting my mouse on a name in the chat dialog box, as it works when it is done in the Bridge Base main club.

How can I make it appear again?

Two bits of info jumps up when you point at a name in the chat box. The first is where the person is right then. On my computer this happens immediately. For example, it when pointing at mishovnbg it might say...."Mishovnbg is kibitizing at Rado room in main bridge club. click for private...etc"

If you let the mouse linger just a little bit longer, then the profile box will open higher up on the window. You don't (or shouldn't) have to do anything extra than wait a second or two.

The same thing happens to me as snoopy. After a while, if I put my mouse over a person's name in the chat dialogues, I won't be able to bring up profile, even though when I first log into bbo it will work.

Data overload or something? I've been having this problem since we first started tourneys I think.
