New beta resize Cannot go out of full screen mode

Hi, I tried the new beta 3.6.3. and the features are great! Now there's just one problem. The screen is maximized and I cannot go into window mode. I can move the BBO window but it stays the same size whatever I do.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do!

Control-W will adjust the width.
The usual title-bar-dblclick (or Maximize button ) will adjust the height
