a walsh sequence anyone remember?

Does anyone remember what this sequence meant in the Walsh style?

1NT 2D
2H 3S? (responder did not knock off the idea of hearts with 2S first)

And if It meant anything, what was the corresponding sequence if the transfer was 2H (for spades) first?

I know there are a lot of things it could mean today, am trying to find what it meant back then.
