East overcalls 1♠ if he can, if south passes the 1♠ overcall, West will bid 2♠, If south bids 1NT, west will pass. East west is out of the auction after that. Should north open 1NT, EAST WEST do not enter the bidding.


Almost everyone reasonably opened 1NT and played it there. So this was uninteresting as a problem.
