What do you bid here?

EDIT: Also, do you agree with the initial 2H?

I may have elected to bid 1NT rather than raise H but do not feel 2H is a bad choice. I would pass 3C, no other bid would come to mind.

I might have bid 2 on the previous round , but 2 is fine.
Now I would pass playing IMPs (and dont consider anything else) , but in MP I would consider a double to suggest this is our hand , and we should protect our plus.

I agree with mich-b except that I would not consider X at mps. Partner just made a simple 1M overcall, so it is often not 'our' hand. X also risks giving away the J, and protecting the plus might be irrelevant if few would sell to 2 anyway. We might even double when LHO was about to bid on (rare but could happen).

Agree with 2, now pass at IMPs, X at MPs... X isn't so much a suggestion to play, it's more of a "I have a maximum for my bid, some defense, and think it's our hand.". Clearly this won't work so well when partner has a really bad overcall, but IMO it's worth it when they have a marginal 10-13ish type hand.
Yay for the "Ignored Users" feature!

Form of scoring would be nice.

I can live with 2, but I would have bid 1N at any form of scoring. I really don't like a limit raise on a 10 count with this shape, and a lot of wasted honors in their suits and nothing in ours.

Doubling 3 at MPs looks desperate to me. RHO sounds like 5-5 or 5-4 in the blacks so will have some ruffing values, and partner would need some surprises to beat this.

Another reason for not acting over 3 is that we know LHO has a doubleton spade, so our Q will often be useless in either offence or defence.

Also, if you think this hand is worth another bid, it's much better to bid 2 on the first round, so that you can involve partner without committing to the three level.

2 was fine. I will Pass now at any form of scoring.

Indeed. If you feel like you have to act, then you should have acted before (e.g. by cueing instead of 2).

It's anyone's hand and yours screams "defend". Acting now is taking the last guess.

I like 1NT better than 2, but I can accept it. Now it is a totally obvious LOTT decision--we figure partner for five (if he has six he will bid 3), giving us eight; and there is no reason to think that they have nine clubs. Further, all adjustment factors suggest the trick total will be less than 16: (1) empty hearts,(2) minor honors in both their suit, (3) that absolutely evil 4-3-3-3 shape. Double might work but is quite a gamble--they might easily have 22 points to our 18 and have better shape than we do. Would 3X making 4 really be a surprise if partner is minimum?
