I open an artificial 1D. So after 1D (1S) 2C P
what is my weakness signal? How do I raise clubs in a forcing vs nf way?
After 1D (1S) 2C P 2D P
how does my partner raise diamonds in a forcing or nf way?
I'm thinking about using 2S as a weakness signal. It denies a stopper (else 2N) and threatens to pass partner's 2N or rebid of one of our suits.
This approach misses out (sometimes) on showing fits with minimums, but sometimes we'll get that back (especially after partner chooses a 2N rebid). Occasionally partner will be frustrated
not to learn of a support with a minimum hand and might blast to 3N without that knowledge.
If either partner blasts through the weakness signal (aside from 2N), we're in a GF.
So 1D (1S) 2C P 2D P 3D would be GF.
Are others doing this? Is there something better?

Use xfers in competition.
Now cheap accept is minimum AND partner expects that minimum.
Forces are any new suit, eg. jump accept.

Transfers work if GI+ but they pose other problems. Any other solutions?
