I'll bid 4♥ if I expect partner will accept the "transfer" to 4 spades. Otherwise I'll just bid 4♠ myself. I'm not going to try for slam, or 5♦. I'd leave it in 3NT before considering going past the 4 level, I don't want to count on partner for too many aces and high cards.

Bunny, to be honest being in 4♠ is the least atractive place for me.
Pd bidding 3 nt, can have a very wide range and shape of hands. Why would i force him to play a possible 5-2 fit with 5 small ♠ ? Honestly i would't wanna be in 4♠ even if i knew he has 3♠.
To me its more of a 5♦ or 3 nt decision at this point. In 3 nt after ♥ lead if pd doesn't have ♦ Ace he may have 3 or more ♦, or he can actually create tricks from his long ♣ if he has, or from ♠ suit if he has 3 or 4 of them. On the other hand 5♦ waranths the maximum tricks in ♦ suit, but we need to make 11 tricks and a lot of ♠ to park.
I am not sure if everyone plays 4♥ as a ♠ xfer here also. It is the only cue available and do we really wanna use it just for xfer ? If so then 4♣ means stayman, perhaps we can bid 4♣ and get lucky if pd has 4♠ and if not u can lift his 4♦ response to 5♦.
I would personally pass 3 NT though.

Easy pass. I'm not the least bit concerned about missing a spade contract. I am mildly concerned about missing 6♦ however.

In a notrump contract, it is quite possible that my hand will produce 2 tricks. Of course, it could also produce 7 tricks. It all depends on whether partner has the ♦A at least doubleton or if he has enough length in diamonds to knock out the A and have an entry.
I suspect that 5♦ will make most of the time that 3NT makes, but that 5♦ will also make (or go down less) when 3NT goes down.
4♠ could be a winner, but I won't put my money on it.
I will bid 5♦.

I wasn't sure where to go with this either, so I bid 4D, intending it as a mild slam try in diamonds, hoping partner would bid 4NT over if not interested.
Partner now bid 5C over 4D, what should I do now?

Your hand just turned to rubbish. Pard can't cue either major suit Ace.
I doubt the director would allow an insufficient 4N, so I would settle on 5♦. GL me.
