The same as (1♦)-2♦. I.e. if I play Michaels I also play it here. However, it can be substantially weaker than a direct-seat Michaels, for these reasons:
- We can't bid 1M with a hand too weak for Michaels so we should be allowed to bid Michaels with any 5-5 hand that is worth bidding
- Responder has show some values so our prospects of game are smaller
- Responder has denied a four-card major so our chance of a fit is bigger
- As it happens we are a passed hand but even if we were not, the three above still apply.

The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

The first surely shows the Majors, the second one I'm not so sure as there was a previous chance to show the Majors before. Anyway it could be 4-4 in the Majors or something like that. It might also be a weak hand with diamonds, which might go along fine with X being 'I have diamonds'.

The second one shows diamonds.
