Hi Konrad, welcome to the forums. :)

If you are asking whether this can affect using BBO on tablets...possibly. But abandoning future develop. on mobile flash doesn't mean existing flash is going to go. We can already use BBO right now using android tablets and phones, so there is a high chance this will continue with no problems(?)

Seems that Adobe is planing a Flash to HTML5-App converter that will allow transcoded Flash-Apps on IPads, IPhones and Android devices.
