if I lead 4 spades and opp lays a 3 spades, looks to me they are playing anticlockwise.


anyway (I must be looking at it wrong :) )

I think he played the 9 hearts and will finesse that unless opps cover the 9hearts with a card he can put the queen on to force out the ace hearts

To clarify: You are sitting South and hold the hand with the ♠Q. West is dummy and put down the ♠KT3.

There must be a way to make these diagrams less confusing...
