Is 2NT lebensohl?

What would an immediate 2N by N show?

If South were an Ace less, do you still X

Not sure what the best use for 2NT is. I'd probably take it as scrambling.

Even with an Ace less I'd Dbl.

Lebensohl works very well over 2♠ interference. It works OK over 2♥ and you probably don't need it over 2♦.
