2♥ can be 5 card. 3♥ either 6♥ preemptive or invitation depends on your agreement i guess and depends on what would be 1♦--2♥. Also with 4 card minimum, responder can bid 1 NT if he can. You should also discuss what 2 or 3 ♣ means over supp dbl in this auction. Make sure to agree what is forcing and what not.

1N= 4 card ♥, NF
2m= 4 card ♥, NF (5+ cards in a new minor, 4+ cards in partner's minor)
2♥=minimum, could be 4 hearts
2♠=forcing, game try or better
2N= 4 card ♥, invitational
3m= game try I think? or does this show an invite with 4 hearts, i.e. the same as the 2m above but with 10-ish points? good question
3♥=invite with 5 cards.

As gwnn said.
2M can be 4 or 5. Using the jump to 3M as weak with six is an interesting idea but without agreement I would expect it to be invitational.
