I dont think the number ♥ is as important as the overall texture/strength of your hand and how you think it will mesh with partner's hand

12 cards? Even with both (x).
edit: Ah, am I supposed to imagine additional hearts/spades?

Why 4♦? What is wrong with 3♦ if you want to splinter? (And if 4♦ shows a void, I don't think it is a fitting hand.)

4441 it's terrible. 3541 might be acceptable. So I voted for 2641. Anyway the hand is pretty lousy having a singleton in partner's opening suit and AJT in partner's short suit. But I love playing slams...

Also, he rates to not have a heart void when he leads the ♥3.

Seems like a good slam to me. SST of +1 means we can do with 13 WP across for slam. 4NT and bla bla...

I would tread cautiously with 4 hearts and maybe even 5h because of
the singleton club. There is unlikely to be enough trumps to pull
and set up clubs. The number of spades is of no great consequence
per se it is the lack of a club fit that is the problem.
On top of that the dia A would serve your side much better if it
were the club or spade ace. This is especially true if p is void
in dia.
with 6 hearts I would hazard a 5d cue bid and hope p knows what to do from there
