Pass/Dbl/6s?

FWIW I would open this 2♠. Not sure where the auction leads after that, although its quite possible partner would have the 6 level decision instead of me. I also would have liked to have some sort of tool to show partner a raise to 4♠ with extras, and I use 3N for that.
On the actual hand, RHO sounds like some sort of extreme minor two-suiter as a passed hand: void, x, QJxxxx, AJxxxx - although this wouldn't be the case with some people that bid their heads off with 6-5's or 5-5's. LHO sounds like x, AQxxx, Axxxx, xx. On this layout, pard is left with KQJxxx, Kxxxx, void, Kx. 6♠ is only 300 here, and 6♦ is on a diamond guess (curious how you would root for your opponents to be on an 11 card fit instead of a 10 card fit). Move some cards around, and you can make 6♦ cold, or it can be hopeless.
A lot of people would not make a negative double with a 6-6, but what else makes sense?
With some other combinations I tried, not surprisingly the colder 6♦ became, 6♠ was 500 a lot. When 6♦ was hopeless, 6♠ was generally very cheap.
Sacrificing did not look right when I looked at this initially, but I think I've talked myself into 6♠.

I will lead the ace of spades. I expect declarer to ruff it, but it still looks safest. Besides, maybe two forced spade ruffs will make it harder for declarer to set up the hearts.

1s) rho x the opps also have a monstrous fit but
they have not identified that yet. We have little
defense in a deck that looks split. Don't bid a
mere 2h bid a robust 4s. Just maybe that will buy
the contract at worst it will make it a lot tougher
for the opps to find their monstrous fit and
proper playing level.
That aside---pass I am unhappy I am not on lead
(where i will start with a low club) but p did jump
to 4s which can be done on such a wide variely of
hands bidding 6s becomes an exercise is guesswork
rather than % bidding. Note that pass here is not
FP since both sides have already shown they are happy
with playing at the 5 level.

Bidding 4♠ rather than 2♥ might also have been tactically better.
Now I'm on a complete guess, I probably pass it round to partner, I've given a reasonable idea of what I hold by my bidding so far if it's not in style to open this.

Didn't our 2♥ (UCB?) followed by 5♠ show that?
I pass now, which I think is forcing. I'd probably like to defend 6♦X, but I think partner will be better placed to make the final decision, as I suspect ♠A is useless in defence. You might have better agreements for this situation...

It does of course, but if we made that call, presumably we'd either have more information about partner's hand, other than he "wants to play 4♠", or as I said, he'd be making the final decision.

Unless partner has seven spades (maybe we should rethink that ♠A lead?), I seriously doubt partner is doing anything but passing or doubling 6♦.

fwiw prefer to open 1s.
dont think there should be a hand you can pass rather than open 1 or 2.

Partner is on lead, so that decision is out of our hands.
However, it's almost inconceivable that partner has seven spades. He's non-vulnerable and facing a passed partner. What hand with ♠KQJxxxx overcalls only 1♠?
