Playing vugraph hands

Playing vugraph hands is a great feature of the web client, but it would be better if the hands were captured in the myhands database.

Also, if one of the players is using the Windows client, then they get a message saying "Using pre-played deals from vugraph archives" for EVERY deal, which is slightly annoying.
