what version of the bots are used in these games?
was playing one this morning where bot was 5-5 in and
human opened 2NT and bot bid 3
human bid 3NT and bot bid 4, which I would take as 5-5 in majors
not what it actually had.

so maybe the bots are just bad bidders in the free automated express games

If explanations were provided, 3N would be explained as a super-acceptance of the xfer to spades, and 4 would be explained as a re-transfer, saying "partner, please bid 4 so we can proceed with this auction (or end it)."

The bots are the same advanced bots as are used in robot tournaments.

Yes but no explanations were provided
Peepz in these game dont even play cc provided so how can they know what gib plays when gib is only subbing, maybe even real players should be able to see what their bids mean before they make them

I agreed in #17 that it would be best if it worked like robot tourneys. Although I expect most players won't check.
