Hand Records Add Optional Additional User Names to the Form

The existing hand record form will display hands played by a single user in some time window.

It might be convenient to be able to specify a 2nd user - most likely, but not necessarily partner - to filter further the results.

Specifying 4 users might be convenient to download the results of a single non-tournament match.
