Partner leads ♥Q. Which heart do you play according your own methods?

I would not have doubled, but this was not your question.
I play attitude when there are two cards of the suit led in dummy and dummy will not win the second trick in the suit. (No point in encouraging if that is the case)
I would discourage and playing UDCA I would play the ♥4, since the ♥9 could be useful.
Declarer has the ♥A and at least 3 cards in hearts.
He may want to duck to ruff hearts in dummy.
When the queen holds partner should realize opposite this dummy that my discouragement and my double is likely based on a singleton spade.
I can picture (if lucky)
T1:♥Q holds,
T2:♠A
T3:♠ruff
T4: ♦ to the king
T5:♠ruff
Declarer's hand: ♠Txx,♥AT86,♦x,♣AKQxx

If my partner is not a great striker of the ball, I just overtake with the ♥K at trick one. My ♥9 and ♣J will still be tricks if declarer draws trumps, and I do not have to rely on the ox doing the right thing.
But in "expert class" I will just follow the RHM recommendation.

Playing obvious shift, discourage ♥, asking for ♠ in this particular context and then hope for the layout in rhm's post.
