inappropriate NMF and then leaves me in a 4-2 fit

So, in another thread, it is not using NMF when it's supposed to, and here it seems to use it when it's not appropriate. Also, it passes 2D knowing it could have been a 4-2 fit. OK, it is a little unlucky to find me with 3244, but should it not be catering for the possibility and bidding 2H (ideally over 1NT...)?

Fixed in next version. Not to use NMF with not sufficient amount.
