I surprisely found that 4nt is a good bid of sign off,but Gib refused my request, rebid 5,I think Gib N maybe have a big hand,5 should be a slammish bid,so raised to 6,my result was very bad.

Well if 5C is non-forcing, regardless of whether or not a slam try, then you can hardly have a worse hand in context. I am pretty sure that there are a lot of hands that you could have held for the bidding to date where slam would have been good opposite North. Not saying whether it is right or wrong to pull 4N. I would expect GIB sims to out-judge me there.
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

5 is certainly a signoff. North has more info about South's hand than vice versa, which should put him in charge. 4 should be a slam try, in case you have limited wasted values in hearts.

But, I wonder how (or whether) the auction the auction would have been different if one of North's small clubs had instead been a small diamond.

In fact 4nt is just a minor slam try terminal bid,I suggest Gib should be established the rules of bidding here.
but it may be a advanced robot method.
