This may have been asked earlier, about when robots first started accepting claims. Could not find it if so - sorry for the repetition.
If you claim against a pair of robots and the opponents reject the claim, do they thereafter play double-dummy?
They really should be permitted to do so, if not currently.
Otherwise there is no disincentive to make a speculative claim early, if unsure whether the rest are all yours, just in case robots agree. If they reject then you know that some care is required.
Don't get me wrong: if the robots are incapable of playing DD after a claim, this moan is NOT sufficient justification to stop them from accepting claims as at present. Certainly do not want to go back to former life of no claims. Would rather live with current regime.

In fact, it would be nice if claims were allowed at MBC tables with three robots. But that would be for the "Suggestions for the Software" forum.
