I had strong reservations about passing this out in 4CX. The clincher was the explanation of X as "biddable C".
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

But after you opening 1N and West probably showing eight clubs, how often will North have four?
Doesn't seem like a particularly bad bug, though obviously the definition can be improved. The question for me is whether X is best used as penalty here or for takeout with both majors. Seems like, particularly at these colours, the latter would be more useful.
