None vulnerable at matchpoints. The bidding is

1NT x P 2
P 2 2 3
3 P P ?

1NT is 12-14 and the double is 15+

You have

K10x
x
Jxxx
10xxxx

a redouble immediately after the double would be a transfer to clubs. To show a weak hand with hearts immediately after the double the bid would be 2.

Your opponents are a poor club standard. You are significantly better.

I think I'd have stood the double of 1N.

What would double of 3 be from partner ? and what is it from me here ?

I have a monster, and should have bid 4 on the previous round. However, things may have turned out for the best, since I can catch up with 4 now.

Slam is possible and game highly likely.

The double of 3 from partner would have been penalties. I am not sure what a double here is, I doubt the partnership would have discussed it.

With the explanations, partner has an approximate 15-16 count (the 2 bidder has enough to stand the double), maybe Axx, Qx, AKQ10xxx, J, he also passed over 3 so slam is very unlikely and game fairly unlikely.

How silly of me not to think of that hand.

That was merely an illustration, it must be something like 15-16 with 6-7 diamonds and 0-1 clubs maybe 2 smallish.
