Notwithstanding that I only made 8 tricks, with Hearts and Clubs both misbehaving and best opening lead, I don't think that North should settle for a part-score opposite an opening bid, even if that opener does reveal itself to be a minimum weak NT.
I wonder whether it would have passed at IMP. Any way to tell?
