Unable to play cards

Frequently when I play my cursor goes into stall mode, ie it won't allow me to access a card. If I continue trying it will eventually take the card and sometimes it gets stuck on that suit and will play the next cord that I'm hovering over. I'm using Windows 8.1. I quite often get disconnected but that is less of a problem than the card access problem.

If your mouse gets stuck, that sounds more like a computer or mouse problem, not a BBO issue.
