My wife and I were watching football a while ago with her grandmother. At some point, we decided to pause the game for a cigarette, hitting pause during a commercial. When we came back in, we started the game back up.
Her grandmother was mystified at this and asked, "How did they know that you were going to have a cigarette?"

"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
