ipad app problem cannot see profile or make friends on the app

When using the ipad app, I cannot see my friends or anyone else
s profile anymore when clicking on their name. So when at a table, I have no idea what they play. Nor can I make anone a friend. I must have changed something but have toyed around with options and nothing seems to make a difference. Can anyone help? Thank you!

It's a bug, CamilleIn - not an option. I don't think it applies to all ipad models.
