Hopefully I have posted in the right place

I have changed my laptop from XP to Windows10. On XP I could go Casual/Take me to a Table for 3 Robots and play for free. On W10 I get the warning "You don't have enough BB$ in your account". What am i doing wrong?

Thanks.

Playing duplicate with 3 robots was never free. You're probably thinking of the Just Play Bridge option within the Solitaire menu instead (which plays with 3 robots, but without comparing scores to other tables).

That's odd, definitely when I go back to the old XP laptop I can go into Casual/ 3 robots and it takes me straight to the table.

Were you using the old download client rather than the browser version on the old laptop?

Sorry I'm not very computer literate so don't understand your question.
