Partner had the opportunity to signal at trick one, and most people signal suit preference on the lead of dummy's singleton in a suit contract. Assuming standard suit preference signals, the ♣2 should deny a strong heart holding and I would lead a trump at trick two. If partner had played the ♣6 I'd find a heart switch. Of course, if you play upside-down suit preference or have some non-standard agreement about trick one signals in this situation, none of this applies.
