1430 0314 mismatch?

My profile specifies 1430. In individual tournaments I am often partnered with someone who specified 0314. Is there a widely accepted convention for what to do in this circumstance? I often post a chat message at beginning of bidding that I will play partner's 0314, but I never see anyone else doing this

Stating it before bidding starts sounds like a good working solution. In practice, most people probably just guess. 3014 seems to be more common among random partners, so that would be my guess.

I often check their profile and just chat "your profile is good" with an occasional but no steps, don't or whatever but agreement on signals if they have udca or o/e if they have it always gets an "including" from me.
When a deaf person goes to court is it still called a hearing?
