Yo may have noticed all the threads that give examples of the bots bidding and playing very badly. This may be detrimental to,your learning process. If you practise online, try to do it with a friend or mentor. Join the BIL. I have heard good things about it

Above all, have fun.
Bridge is a partnership game, this IS central, i.e. you need to form a fixed partnership.
Declarer Play can be done solo, but for the rest, you need a partner.
The best is something like doing supervised playing, i.e. play a set of hands, and a more
experienced player looks over the hands, and helps you finding common errors, that show up
more than once. You should also focus on the boring bread and butter stuff, ...
Regarding 1 hour study / 1 hour play, unless you play specific hands, lots of hands are boring
(depends a lot on level, but first focus on the obvious mistakes), so you wont have enough
games to look at in the 1 hour, if you play only 1 hour.
With kind regards

PS: And dont forget: Have fun.
