This hand is a hand from actual play(not borrowed from any book).The hand reported by my uncle,who has manuscipted 202 hands from actual play is as under.The South seat was a gentleman ,who is now 80 yrs and still plays on BBO ,shall remain a secret.I request any good hearted colleague to put it Ina hand diagram as I do not know how to do it.It was 05 July 1986,when South held,S-A,H-AJ875,D-AQ73,C-1082 and North(dummy) held S-Q7654,H-KQ109,D-94,C-KQ.After some quixotic bidding S became the declarer in 6H ,West was a 24 yr old expert who led a trump. My uncle says —Plan the play.Anytime you lead clubs W goes up with the Ace and returns a trump and East shows out revealing the 3/1 break.I shall reveal all hands by revealing West hand which was S-982,H-643,D-J832,C-AJ5 You have 7 trump tricks ,2D,one each in S and C.How do you score the 12th trick.?

My (double dummy) solution:

Spoiler

Win trump lead in dummy and immediately take the diamond finesse, then cash ♠A and ♦A before leading a club from hand.

West takes the ♣A and plays a second round of trumps. Win this in dummy and play a second spade (ruffing). Cross to the ♣K and play a third spade (ruffing). Ruff a diamond back to dummy and at trick 11, play a fourth spade (ruffing with the ace)... West is squeezed and must either (i) under-ruff - you ruff a diamond and the fifth spade is the 12th trick; (ii) discard the ♣J - you play the ♣T and over-ruff if West ruffs; (iii) discard the ♦J - you play the ♦7 and over-ruff if West ruffs.

Indeed this line was executed On the table by South.The last three card position is indeed quite interesting wherein West is squeezed in three suits and one of the cards is a trump.My uncle had labelled this as “a backwash squeeze”Well done Tramticket ,Sir.

Although it can be recognize at single dummy as squeeze position:

..a delayed criss-cross single secondary squeeze acting at 9th trick after two diamond ruffed in dummy and rescoting trump. In this case E cannot have five cards between club and spade on last trump and last descarting make free a winner after that a club is lead to W to have a returning (i.e. if a spade is descarted A of spade to unblock)
