Unibridge is a private tournament. The host (Calabres) has free hand to decide who plays there. See if there's an email address where you can write to try and contact them, but if you get no answer forget about it. You can't make them let you play, it's their tournament.

I played that tournament for years. It should be listed in my history, if you still have the record.
There's a group of TDs that have it in for me. I have tried to register for tournaments I've played for years and received a notice that I'm blocked. I was able to get a reply from one (new) TD and they said I was designated a runner. This is a lie. At the time I had 100% TCR. I usually have a 100%. I asked this TD how could I have 100% TCR if I was a runner. This TD allowed me to register for the tournament.
So there is a group of TDs that are petty and vindictive and actively sabotaging me.
They would let me register for a tournament with a partner and wait 20-30 minutes for the tourament to begin and then boot me before we'd finished the first hand. With no warning or explanation. And it appears when they host a tournament that I've played for years they add me to the blocked list and designate me a runner. This is all because I complained about them allowing opps to stall me into an AVE. They have also booted me when I called TD about opps stalling.
And now they're waging a vendetta against me as a group.

There is a VERY slim chance you'll get an answer to the question in your OP.
Only Calabres have such answer, and don't think he would answer here.
Nor he has to.
Nor he has to answer to you, at all.
By the way, you Finally rached 94% TCR (33 finished, 2 bailed)
And the ones you bailed from were BBO Express tournaments.
They have No Director. The only way to get out of them is withdrawing.
No one booted you from a tournament, not in the last60 (actually, checked) 120 days.

Doesnt it seem fair that free tournaments should be open to everyone?

Hosts and TDs have a thankless job.
As long as they don't try to pass things like "no <nationality> here" (but note than "only <nationality> here" is OK) they always have control of include and exclude list for their own tourneys.
Why do they have to allow people they consider troublemakers?

Doesn't it seem fair that I can't run a "UW alumni 'midnight pairs'" because people from England might join at 0700 and be offended by the language? Or Russia, or Iran?
(note, never was a TD, kept thinking I should, never did, likely never will with the new rules, but still).
