I had hoped that the "o" field in a LIN file indicated the order in which the boards were presented (as at a teaching table), but swapping two "o" values and doing nothing else seems to have no effect. Can anyone help? My purpose to be able to do locally what The Common Game does in their support of robots filling half-tables (as a back-up in case of an issue with the Wi-Fi at the playing site), in which you put your LIN file and ACBLscore game file where they can see them, and they send you a LIN file that presents the boards in the desired order for the robots' table. (I would work it out from such a file sent by TCG, but am not with a club that is currently using that service, so I don't have that resource.)

What I do is, open the Lin file in BridgeComposer (you can search the net for this utility), change the board numbers as desired and save it. While BridgeComposer app opens lin file it only saves in pbn format. But then, there is a simple online free utility to change pbn file to lin file, courtesy http://johnfromarran...e/PbnToLin.html
