brand-new TD,
On my first (somewhat disastrous) try at running a BBO tournament, I laboriously typed in 40+ BBO usernames into the game's Include List, all of which got wiped out when the tournament was cancelled by an angry TD from Romania (still don't know how/why that happened!).
So now I'll have to recreate the entire Include List again for my second try, which is going to be a real PITA. Is there any way to upload a list of BBO usernames from a file for this purpose?
TIA,
Frank

She's not angry, Aurora is one of our best TDs.
Unfortunately, due to the extreme load we've been experiencing, we've had to cancel free tournaments during the high load times so that our most popular paying tournaments are able to run. It's not just you.

Hello Frank
Here is an HELP file where you can see how to create the Custom List, how to start a tournament and others interesting things. https://doc.bridgeba...for_BBO_TDs.pdf
Also on BB Forum you will fine some advice for a Tournament Director:

Also you may ask others TDs to help you.

But what would be really, really useful - especially for a new tournament - would be the ability to create the include/exclude list from a file.
It is a PITA to have to type each player individually.
Perhaps this could be done by a cut 'n paste of a list from "Notepad" or some other ASCII file where each name is on a line by itself.
Later edit ... ...
And what would be especially useful as well would be a "delete all items in list" button so that the the new list would replace all the previous list - instead of having to delete hundreds of players one at a time - that's another PITA.
