Where can I find out about upcoming ACBL Tournaments that are to be held on BBO? I hear there's one at the end of June, for example. Is a schedule available? I assume it will cost to enter. Do I need BBO dollars for that? I've heard of them; I don't have any.

I don't know if the schedule has been finalized. When they're ready to make it public, it will be on the ACBL website and BBO News, just like the May tourney was.
You will indeed need to purchase BB$ to enter.
