I cannot delete convention cards --

Click on Account, then Convention Cards.

Just worked for me (up to date Chrome on a Win10 PC).

That's what I did. No joy. Latest Firefox on Win 7 Pro.

Win 7 was best before Jan 14 2020.
There are good non-tech reasons for using Firefox, but Chrome sometimes does tech things Firefox cannot.
Did you try with Chrome?

Whatever the result Win 7 is so full of security issues that you really should upgrade to 8 or preferably 10.

You might try Edge also. I use Firefox usually...
