I check GIB's description for bids 90% of the time but I didn't even think of checking this time.

There is no way this 3NT bid should be anything but natural.

GIB has adopted another silly agreement where it ascribes the same meaning to different calls (here 2NT and 3NT), in the same context.

Good bidding by GIB. If 2NT is the unusual NT, then 3NT must be the very unusual NT. Good original job by the programmers who have long since stopped working on the program.
