When I try to start a Weekly Free Instant Tournament, I get the error message "Weekly Free Instant Tournament temporarily not available. Please try again later." Is this down for everyone? Any estimate for when it will be back?

Recently we saw some overload problems around 1-3PM US Eastern Time. Overload symptoms include some free games unable to start and players unable to login. To alleviate the problem we stopped some of the more "resource greedy" free games, during these hours.
So if you play before or after these hours, the game is available as usual.

I tried outside 1-3 pm eastern window and still getting the same message?!
