scoring one table only playing

Usually when only one table plays a hand, BBO does not score that hand; both teams get zero points. However, occasionally BBO does give a score even though only one table has played that hand. What is the explanation for this? I do not understand the reasoning behind this scoring.

Are you talking about tables in the Main Bridge Club? You will only get a score when other tables have played; but there is a bit of caching going on so it may simply be that the full list of other tables hasn't refreshed yet.
