Gib playing with GIB bid to 4 on the 5-1 fit,

North opened with T to the Ace, J was taken with A in south, who shifted to 3 to Q,

Now 3 more South dropping a on the last

There are now 6 safe tricks by unblocking , something we learn the beginners the should always look for.

For some reason I can't figure out, GIB played a , and went down as were 4-1. I can't find any distribution, where GIB could win 11 tricks.

Even with a small set of samples in the simulation I would expect to be 4-1 of some of the samples.
