smart tv can not logn

I am usıng samsung smart tv 4 login. last 5 days i can not login.

I see that you logged in yesterday. Does this mean the problem is resolved, or you used a different device?

i cant login again by smart tv . i ogin by my phone. i am using tv now for repling you
but can not login for bridge playing

We made a new version of the app last week, the most notable change is the automatic login. The TV may have an old version of JavaScript that isn't compatible.

I'll pass this on to the developers.

May be revision applied last week and something changed. i had brin surgery and can play bridge on smart tv while i am laying down so i will be thankful if you can solve my problem

Can you provide more details about what happens? Do you get the login screen? Do you get an error message when you try to login?

when i enter bbo for login, it says bbo loading but there is circle shows loading but its always turning on circle but not loading, so i can not enter to the lounges and can not play on smart tv.

Are you using BBO from the app or the browser?

Our April release lost compatibility with some devices. We don't think there were any new incompatibilities with the release a couple of weeks ago.

i am using Browser.

i click 'play bridge now' button then circle is turning as writing' oading' but not loading 30 mintes or forever

Try clearing the browser's cache.

But it could just be that the browser you have is incompatible.

I have an old Samsung smart TV (I guess it's about 10 years old). The few times I've tried to use its browser it was so slow, and moving the mouse accurately with the remote control was difficult, that I found it unusable.

I can't imagine trying to use BBO on this device.
