BBO sucks on mobile Playing on mobil

Many times game freezes on mobile. Sometimes I can switch to computer before being cut out. I also have problem register to games. Nothing happens and I have to restart my mobile and then its too late to register. Very annoying. Often when i click on play I only get a grey screen without content but I can see people, history and messages so I have to restart mobile. Never have problems on PC.

Some mobile devices don't have the greatest WiFi. The WiFi on my Fire tablet is clearly not as good as my laptop or iPhone.

Lost chat capability on line with my iPad. Deleted and reinstalled app. Turned iPad off then on. No luck. No issues with our internet service. I lost capability. No issues on my iPhone… everything works fine including chat. Any ideas?

We've had other complaints about chat in the latest version of the mobile app, the developers have been investigating.

It seems like it only happens in landscape mode, so try switching to portrait.
