Why hasn't Wilkosz become popular enough to warrant an exception of Brown Sticker in WBF, unlike Multi?

I think the main reason is that it was never promoted outside of Poland to any great extent. The same could be said of Polish Club itself - how many books were written about the system, in a language other than Polish, in the last century?

The same could also be said about SEF.

In the 1970s, Multi became popular because people wrote about it.
