Pass.
Partner should have a large NT hand with real good spades.
My 9 might be useful and my A should be enough to get this down no worse than 1 but I would expect down 2.

In my methods you can’t make a pure penalty double after having made a takeout double of the same suit. Doubles like this are just cards, normally without a known fit.

Clear 3 for me now.

This is cards for us too, but that doesn't oblige me to bid at all costs. The auction says that opponents are already in trouble and partner may be counting on me for a hearts stopper, I pass and take the money.

Opposing a take out double West is worth bidding twice if they bid over the first response. West wants equal level conversion in case his second round is not the suit partner likes. So the ONLY way to bid this hand is; 1-p-p-x; p-2, planning to bid 3 next round if 2 gets passed around to you.

Bidding anything else then 3 now could be inspired by a BIT, not 3.

Coming in late; it's one of those hands I Pass or bid 1N over 1 as a takeout at this vulnerability
