I'm a bit surprised that 3H came around to me, where are the spades and the other diamonds?
Now I control-bid 3S fixing trumps in hearts and showing slam interest.

I guess 2N is Unusual.
I'd start control bidding with 3♠ (has to be shortage). This also implies extra shape given the intermediate values, say 13~17 & at worst 6 mod. losers?
