I can live with the auction of GIBBO up to 3♥ here, despite the idiosyncratic initial Pass.
But WTFH is 3NT about and where is the diamonds stopper promised?

Not sure if this is a traditional GiB error or some deviation specific to GIBBO.
Maybe @lorserker could comment (for the first time since January) ?

Fine bidding by East. West has implied diamond shortage, and 4-1 diamonds is frequently an excellent stopper in NT. Very unlucky that East didn't have higher cards in diamonds.
